Most questions get answered in one reply if you say which macOS version you’re on and which JustShot version (the app shows it under About). For anything about a specific upload, the share link is the fastest way to point at it.

Two things come up often enough to answer here:

• “My files disappeared.” Uploads are removed automatically once your plan’s storage, file count, or retention period is reached - oldest first. This is how the plans work rather than a fault. The limits are on the pricing page and in the terms.
• “Upgrade doesn’t do anything.” Paid plans aren’t open for sign-up yet. The button currently lands on a page saying so. Nothing is broken, and nothing has been charged.

Email within 14 days of buying a paid plan and we’ll refund it in full, no reason needed. Purchases are processed by Lemon Squeezy as merchant of record, so the refund appears from them rather than from us.

To report a link that infringes your rights or breaks our acceptable use rules, email contact@justshot.net with the link and a short explanation of the problem. For copyright, tell us enough to identify the work, confirm you hold the rights or act for whoever does, and give us a way to reach you.

Reports are reviewed promptly, and content that clearly breaks the rules is removed. Child sexual abuse material is reported to the authorities and the account is closed immediately.

If you find a vulnerability, please tell us at contact@justshot.net before making it public, and give us a reasonable chance to fix it. Include enough detail to reproduce it. We will confirm receipt, keep you informed, and credit you when it is fixed if you would like us to.

Please don’t run automated scanners against the service, access accounts or files that aren’t yours, or degrade it for other people while testing. We have no bug bounty we’re a one-person operation — but genuine reports are taken seriously and answered by a human.
